Author's note: The idea for this story crossed my mind when I heard the beautiful song Someone Special by Poets of the Fall for the first time.
So...the last part. I'm sorry it took me so long to finish it, but here it is! My second finished series! :D Almost the whole story was based on that last scene in the end that I picture when listening to the song. Enjoy!
